A new signature 266-foot pedestrian bridge designed and built for Ralph Wilson Park is on its way from Albany to Buffalo on the Erie Canal beginning Friday, July 5. Currently at the Port of Coeymans, near Albany, the large commercial shipment will travel on two barges and arrive on the shore of Ralph Wilson Park (the former LaSalle Park) in mid-July.
The 100+ acre waterfront park is currently undergoing a community-led transformation. The park will provide daily updates so you can follow along online or in person.
