Charlotte Flair pinned by WWE champion; immediately breaks character

WWE is currently on Holiday Live Tours, where superstars are competing across the country, entertaining fans live during the Holiday season.

On a recent show, fans saw Charlotte Flair locking horns with the Women’s Tag Team Champion Kairi Sane. They ended with a jaw-dropper as Sane managed to outsmart the multiple-time Women’s Champion, the Queen rolled her up and captured the shocking victory.

However, she forgot to roll off the ring, which made Flair break character, laugh, and tell Sane to roll out so she could catch her. Fans in the live crowd captured the moment, and it has since gone viral online.

Kairi Sane is to compete in a WWE title match

The first episode of Monday Night RAW in 2026 is set to air on January 5th. The show is already stacked with major matches; one of the massive bout on the card features the women’s Tag Team Champion Kairi Sane and Asuka.

The Kabuki Warriors will be defending their Women’s Tag Team Championships against Team Rhiyo (Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY) on the first edition of the flagship show of this year.

Sane and Asuka have been feuding with Ripley and SKY for a long time now, and it appears 2026’s first RAW could mark the finale chapter in their tag team rivalry, and odds suggest that Rhea and IYO may pull the shocker by becoming the new Tag Team Champions.

That said, it will be interesting to see what plans Triple H and his WWE creative team have in store for the women’s tag team division as the Stamford-based promotion is all set to kick off the Road to WrestleMania 42 in a couple of weeks, as the first PLE this month for the company will be the WWE Royal Rumble, which is regarded as the first stop to the Showcase of Immortals.
