The Rangers still haven’t won with both Adam Fox and Igor Shesterkin hurt. Neither are skating, so it’s not like their returns are imminent, which is more applicable to Shesterkin (IR) than Fox (LTIR). On the bright side, the Rangers showed life, albeit briefly, before coughing up a 2-0 lead to Seattle in another loss. The common theme is the Rangers scoring just two goals. They lost 3-2 to Utah, 5-2 to Buffalo, 10-2 to Boston, and 4-2 to Seattle. If they lose their next four games by scores of 6-2, 7-2, 8-2, and 9-2, I’ll be impressed.
This is going to be painful folks.
