The Rangers are back to normal after a one game blip in Philly, losing to the Anaheim Ducks last night to open their swing through California. Up next is the LA Kings, where Jonathan Quick will possibly his last start against his old team. The only lineup change from last night is inserting Carson Soucy for Urho Vaakanainen, which is apparently an upgrade on defense. Not that it matters. The players aren’t tanking and neither is the coaching staff, but each loss brings us closer to a top-five pick and hopefully an impact player at the draft.
There are no “roster management” scratches tonight. At least not yet.
