Shoot Lasers For Brainrots is a tycoon sim where players collect brainrots of different rarities to increase their overall income. The gameplay involves shooting lasers to break down walls, uncovering brainrots, and upgrading them in your base. Brainrots earn Cash every second, even while you’re offline, helping you earn currency for Laser Power, Speed, and other upgrades.
Lasering walls and picking brainrots from the map is straightforward. However, multiple mechanics significantly influence progression, which is why this starter guide teaches you everything about Shoot Laser For Brainrots.
Beginner’s guide on Shoot Lasers For Brainrots
Gameplay overview

Shoot Lasers For Brainrots gives every player an eye accessory that lets them fire laser beams. They also get a base that has multiple slots for keeping brainrots, and the number of slots can be increased with upgrades. For the upgrade, click on the “Upgrade Plot” button on the board in front of your base.
On the map, brainrots are behind walls of varying health. You must break the walls with your lasers, pick them up, and take them to your base. The acquired brainrots can then be placed in the slots in your base. Once done, they start to earn money, which you can collect by stepping on their respective green platforms.
Money generated by brainrots can be spent on different upgrades. Most importantly, it can be used to increase the power of your lasers.

Upgrades

You can make Speed, Carry, and Power upgrades by approaching their respective shops in the middle of the map. Here’s more information about each shop:
- Speed upgrades: Increases your avatar’s speed, allowing them to approach cover distances quickly on the map.
- Carry upgrades: Increases the number of brainrots you can carry at a time.
- Power upgrades: Increases the power of your lasers.
- Sell shop: This shop lets you sell brainrots for money.
The rarer a brainrot, the higher its income. Prioritize picking the rarest characters, such as Secret, OG, and Exotic, because they let you earn money quickly for upgrades.
Brainrots

In Shoot Lasers For Brainrots, the brainrots are divided into Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Godly, Secret, OG, and Exotic in the ascending order of rarity. Secret, OG, and Exotic have a higher spawn chance during Admin Abuse events hosted by developers.
Brainrots can also receive mutations, either from events or structures. As of this writing, there are five kinds of mutations: Golden, Diamond, Galaxy, Rainbow, and Lava. Each mutation increases a brainrot’s income by a certain multiplier.
Mutation structures

Structures that mutate brainrots can be accessed by all players. While the Gold Machine is located close to the player bases, the Diamond Machine is behind the wall that has Rare brainrots. To use any machine, equip a brainrot, deposit it, and press the purple “Start” button.
Do note that the machines do not guarantee mutations on your brainrots. For instance, the Gold Machine offers a 17% chance to turn a Pipi Kiwi into a Golden Pipi Kiwi. Mutation chances can only be raised by developers.
Rebirth

Like other simulator-style experiences on Roblox, there’s a Rebirth system in Shoot Lasers For Brainrots. A Rebirth lets you sacrifice all your Cash, Laser Power, and Speed in return for a higher money multiplier. So, this feature lets you earn more Cash from your brainrots.
