Cowboys insider calls out Tom Brady bashing NFL’s fine system over on-field “mistakes”

Las Vegas Raiders minority owner Tom Brady appeared on the “Stick To Football” podcast last week and slammed the NFL’s fine system for on-field infractions. Brady, who played 23 seasons in the league, took a distinctly anti-management and pro-player position while discussing the matter.

However, Dallas Cowboys insider Clarence Hill Jr. called out Brady for bashing the NFL’s fine system when the quarterback was a player.

“He should have spoken out and been an active part of NFLPA when he was a player. Why don’t prominent nfl players have prominent roles in players union. They can impact the most change when it comes to player issues like guaranteed contracts,” Hill tweeted on Sunday.

Brady retired in February 2023. He purchased a 5% minority stake in the Raiders in October 2024.
