WWE reportedly has big plans for Lyra Valkyria on RAW, with her tag team partner set to play a vital role. The duo has been teaming up again for the last few months after some friction last summer.
However, they have been unable to win the Women’s Tag Team Championship and haven’t won a match together on WWE TV since the October 13, 2025, episode of RAW.
Thanks for the submission!
Their singles run hasn’t been successful, as both women failed to qualify for the women’s Elimination Chamber match. Now, a report from Bodyslam.net mentions that there have been discussions around possibly shifting Lyra Valkyria‘s character heading into WrestleMania 42.
According to the report, the change will see the former Women’s Intercontinental champion become more aggressive. Valkyria currently works as a babyface on RAW, with her current character centered on resilience and respect for her peers.

The storyline idea is that her character change could come as she and Bayley get fed up with being overlooked in the pursuit of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
The report, however, does not indicate when such a shift might start for the tag team.
Lyra Valkyria and Bayley questioned Adam Pearce
Notably, a few days ago, the tag team vented their frustrations with RAW General Manager Adam Pearce on X.
The Role Model questioned why Nia Jax and Lash Legend are getting another tag team title shot while she and Lyra are yet to have one against the current champions, Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY.
“Soooooooooooooooo Nia and Lash get ANOTHER tag title shot…… Andddddddddd Lyra and I are yet to have ONE against RHIYO………. @ScrapDaddyAP ARE YOU DOING YOUR JOB OR DO I HAVE TO DO IT FOR YOU?!?!?!?!!!!!!!” she wrote.
Lyra replied to the post and asked why Pearce was neglecting them and demanded an answer.
