It is now a best of three, as Carolina is starting to turn the tide against Vegas. The Canes have scored 4+ goals in every game thus far, which doesn’t bode well for Vegas if they can’t stop the bleeding. Carolina is too good to continue to allow Vegas to outscore them, and eventually that overall team defense will shine through. It’s a matter of when, not if. Vegas needs to clamp down defensively if they want to win another Stanley Cup.
