The Rangers are currently undefeated in the post-Trouba era, dispatching the Pittsburgh Penguins on Friday night. Now Seattle comes to town in the dreaded Sunday afternoon game. The Rangers played a much stronger team game and were far more efficient and crisp in the neutral zone, but Pittsburgh isn’t good and isn’t overly aggressive. Seattle is more aggressive, but they also give up more chances.
There are no lineup changes, except Jonathan Quick is in net. Igor Shesterkin was supposed to start, but his wife is in labor. Dylan Garand will serve as the backup today.
