The Rangers are in Anaheim in one of their last chances to get points against a non-playoff team. The Ducks aren’t good, though better than expected thanks to a young group of solid forwards. What they lack is defensive consistency and the ability to get the puck out of their own zone.
Sound familiar?
The Ducks should be an automatic win for the Rangers, but of course we know how this season is going. They have a real chance to gain ground on the Canadiens, who are fumbling the bag right now by going 3-3-4 in their last 10 games. Thing is, the Rangers are 3-6-1 in that stretch and managed to lose ground. This team is infuriating.
