The buyer was Bliss on 5th LLC, and the seller was 973 Fifth LLC, tied to former Goldman Sachs partner David Leuschen, who bought the property in 2012 for $42 million. The townhouse was on the market for four years and its seller was originally seeking $50 million. Corcoranâs Carrie Chiang had the listing. The Modlin Groupâs Adam Modlin was the buyerâs representative.

The Kogans had been facing foreclosure on the duplex and another at 15 Central Park West, which they had listed for a combined $100 million.
