Preservation Work Underway at Nash House Museum in Buffalo

The Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor Commission in Buffalo, Erie County, NY is the recipient of a 2024 Preserve New York Grant from the Preservation League of NYS in the amount of $14,000 for work toward preserving the Nash House Museum. The Museum was once the home of Rev. Edward Nash, the longest-serving pastor of the Black community’s Michigan Street Baptist Church.

The Nash House Museum will complete a Building Condition Report in partnership with the Heritage Corridor.
