Seventeen Announce ‘Right Here’ World Tour Slated to Launch In October

Seventeen are getting ready for their return to the road. The K-pop group has announced plans to launch the Right Here world tour in October 2024, making stops throughout Asia, including Japan and Korea, as well as the U.S.

The 13-member group previewed the tour in a teaser trailer, which concludes with the note: “Coming in October.” The complete tour schedule hasn’t been released yet, but the run will mark their first tour in North America since their Be the Sun tour in 2022.

While details about the tour are sparse at the moment, its name suggests that the band has a night full of hits in store. Earlier this year, Seventeen released 17 Is Right Here, a 21-track greatest hits record featuring highlights from throughout their discography and new material. The double-sided album includes popular releases “Maestro,” “Super,” “HOT,” “Rock With You,” and more.

Seventeen performed music from 17 Is Right Here — as well as FML, Always Yours, and Seventeenth Heaven — on their recent Follow tour, which spanned 28 shows in Asia from July 2023 through May 2024. The upcoming live shows will give the group a chance to connect with fans who didn’t see them on the nearly one year long run, something its members have been looking forward to since it ended.

“As for things we wish we could have done — North America, Europe, [seeing] the Carats there. We weren’t able to see even more Carats out there, but I’m looking forward to the opportunity in the future,” Seungkwan told Rolling Stone earlier this year.

“I don’t think I’ve looked back to evaluate how much I’ve grown with each tour, but as we do our performances while on stage, we end up noticing how much each member has improved,” Wonwoo shared. “As for special memories, we had a lot of time to eat good food all together. We got together in different countries, had good meals and spent quality time with each other. So that made it really enjoyable.”
