The long‑running dispute between investors in Noble 33 — the hospitality group behind Toca Madera at the Shops at Crystals — and its co‑founders Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha just got uglier, and unintentionally funnier, with a Jan. 30 filing in LA County Superior Court.

The new document, obtained by social media news outlet Las Vegas Locally alleges that Berman and Tanha misappropriated company funds for a grab‑bag of personal indulgences ranging from the predictable (luxury sports cars) to the impressively on‑brand (plane tickets for OnlyFans models to attend restaurant openings) to the insane (“multiple engagement rings”).
That’s right. The lawsuit reads “multiple,” not just one each for the two co-founders. Because nothing says commitment like fiancée contingency plans.
These allegations pile onto a series of investor lawsuits dating back to 2021, all accusing the founders of diverting funds, blocking access to financial records, and using company money for personal expenses. Berman and Tanha have denied everything, framing the litigation as a business dispute inflated by investors seeking leverage or control.

All cases remain civil, not criminal, and all Noble 33 restaurants are operating normally. So please don’t cancel any plans you might have to pop the question at one. Multiple times, if that’s your thing.
Five Guys, Zero Clowns
Five Guys — the Virginia-based fast-food titan with 1,900 locations, including six in Las Vegas — will open this summer in the 2,200 square-foot downtown space at the Plaza where McDonald’s operated until August 2024. That’s when the casino hotel bought out its long-term lease because McDonald’s sucks.
This spring, a Five Guys hot dog cart will debut first under the dome at the Plaza’s Carousel Bar.
Did we really boldface “McDonald’s” before? (Did we really just do it again?)
Dining Ins & Outs

Alex Reznik — veteran of Las Vegas, LA and NYC kitchens, plus a “Beat Bobby Flay” win and a “Top Chef” run — is opening Hayworth in Henderson on Feb. 26. The newest eatery from Ogden Hospitality Group will channel Reznik’s Jewish and Eastern European roots, with a menu including apple‑honey‑glazed sablefish and 24‑hour wagyu brisket.
Pho So 1’s 31‑year run in Chinatown ended in November, but a new pho concept is set to replace it shortly at 4745 W. Spring Mountain Road, according to posted signage and Clark County license filings.
