“True love right there” – Cody Bellingers’ wife Chase reacts to Corey Seager’s adorable snap before his son’s birth

Corey Seager’s wife, Madisyn, recently uploaded pictures from the 2026 Texas Rangers family day on social media. The slide also featured pictures from the 2025 edition of the event, and one of them caught the admiration of Cody Bellinger’s wife, Chase.

Madisyn shared the pictures on Instagram on Sunday. The sixth picture on the slide showed Seager, from behind, with a baby jersey on his head, while the fifth picture showed his infant son on his shoulders. The Rangers shortstop’s son, Camden Miles Seager, was born on Oct. 4.

“Corey posing for that photo with the jersey over his head… true love right there,” Bellinger’s wife, Chase, commented about the picture.

Seager and Bellinger were teammates on the Los Angeles Dodgers from 2017 to 2021. During that span, they led the Dodgers to three NL Pennants (2017, 2018 and 2020) and the 2020 MLB World Series.

During this time, a beautiful friendship grew between Seager and Bellinger’s significant others. Wives of Will Smith, Justin Turner and Chris Taylor were also part of the friendship group.

Seager left the Dodgers after the 2021 season and signed a 10-year, $325 million contract with the Rangers. Meanwhile, the Dodgers non-tendered Bellinger after the 2022 season. He now plays for the New York Yankees.

The 2026 Texas Rangers Family Day took place on Sunday. Primrose Schools presented the event featuring on-field activities and interactive activities for fans of all ages.

After Corey Seager’s wife, Madisyn, uploaded pictures from the event on her Instagram, the significant others of many MLB players commented on the post.

Seager and his wife are high school sweethearts. Their relationship began in North Carolina. They briefly parted ways to attend different colleges, but reconnected and maintained a long-distance relationship. The couple tied the knot in December 2020.
